This is our Council's fourth year doing on line rechartering. It is working great and is getting easier each year.
How is it working in your locations?
How many are still not using it and if so why?

My council is not using it. It is not a priority for us.

Sorry to hear your Council is not using it. It might not be a priority for the Council but once your Unit Leaders use it one time they would not go back to the old for any amount of money.
All the adults and boys in the unit is listed. You just go in and make changes, deletions, and addeds on line and then print. The on line is in ScoutNet. A signed copy, money and new applications if needed and your recharter is done. What I spelled out above is a simplied step by step of course.
If a unit leader has the info on the adults and boys it should not take over about 30 minutes to finish the recharter on line.
Would like to hear from others on their use or not using the online charter process.

Online rechartering is a great tool. Our Council has had it available since it has been available. It really does simplify the whole process and more importantly I believe that it will the information more accurate. We have made some computers available at the scout office for those who might not have computers at home.
This will be my second year using the online recharter, and I love it. It just makes things so much easier.
