We're moving to the Heart of America Council. Knob Noster, MO to be exact.
When I lived there before, my Explorer post was in Sedalia, which is in Great Rivers Council (Seperated by a county from Heart of America).
So, I'm treading new waters. Wow, my fifth Council! I've been the most active in the Mid-America Council, but plan to carry on when we move back to Missouri.
Okay, now that you got the story... anyone got the skinny on the good, bad, or ugly of the Heart of America Council? If it's bad or ugly, I'd prefer you sent a private message - don't want to start a fecal throw over this topic. :)
I guess I'm curious to see how their Wood Badge program is, camping, properties, etc. I know I'll find out for sure when I get down there and find a Pack, but having a heads-up does help.
